Team Bonding
- Company retreats ****
- We organize one company retreat per year. Recent locations have been Austin, Texas for SXSW and an Upstate Mansion.
- Impromptu team dinners and hang-outs in NYC (please feel free to set up and invite folks in #socials-and-events)
- We have a bi-weekly social event during the week, alternating between:
- #koodosSports & #koodosSocial
- We use #socials-and-events to organize.
- We pass around the responsibility of setting this up to other members on the team (each month is someone’s month). The person responsible gets to pick a “Healthy” activity and a “Drinks/Dinner” activity each month. The person in charge for that month gets to pick the next person and shares it in #socials-and-events.
