what you’ll do 🚀

• Own the shelf launch in your market - end to end (your results are yours!)
• Recruit and manage a small group of creators
• Test dozens of content ideas per week, alongside our HQ incubator team
• Help iterate fast on what works (and what doesn’t!)
• Track performance, set goals, and report results clearly
• Build a repeatable, scalable system for growth
• Surface insights on what’s culturally resonant in your country
