Outside the US and for contractors, we run payments through Gusto. Everything you need to get set up is below.

✅ Onboarding Instructions

All teammates receive an invitation from [email protected] (subject: “Finish setting up with Koodos on Gusto”). Can’t find it? Check spam or “Promotions.”

1. Open your personal onboarding link and create a Gusto password + 2-factor auth.
2. Complete your profile:
   • Legal name & residential address (match your passport/ID)
   • Local tax ID (e.g., SIN, NIN, PAN)
   • If relevant, e-sign IRS W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E inside Gusto
3. Add a payout method
   • local bank account (IBAN/SWIFT), bank transfer or Wise/PayPal (where available)
4. Review and e-sign your Koodos agreement.
5. Click Submit — you’ll get a confirmation once People Ops approves.

⏱ Finish within 3 business days so you’re in the next pay cycle.
